By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.
The App is designed to facilitate cricket club management, fantasy leagues, team selections, and club bookkeeping. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with your club's internal policies.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your information, including Google User Data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App to post or transmit any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content. Club administrators have the right to revoke access or modify data (e.g., team selections, match scores) in accordance with club rules.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cric+ and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall Cric+, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
